To implement the spirit of the provincial conference on advancing the "Two Healthy" initiative, on April 24, Liu Zhiyi, Second-level Inspector of Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and his entourage visited the CDMO platform of Baino Chuangrui (Wenzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chuangrui Bio) for inspection and research. This platform serves as the industrial demonstration base of the National Engineering Research Center for Cell Growth Factor Drugs and Protein Preparations, as well as the engineering translation center of the National Key Laboratory of Macromolecular Drug Development and Manufacturing. Dr. Ouyang Bingjie, Deputy General Manager of Chuangrui Bio, warmly accompanied the delegation and introduced the CDMO platform.

Liu Zhiyi and his entourage conducted on-site inspections of the company’s eukaryotic bulk drug workshop, topical sterile gel workshop, vial lyophilized powder and liquid injection preparation workshop in sequence.

They toured production lines including cell manufacturing and small-volume sterile filling, and held discussions on the platform’s current status and development prospects. Liu Zhiyi encouraged Chuangrui Bio to consolidate its fundamentals and lay a solid foundation in the industry. He also noted that China Gene Medicine Valley should treat enterprises’ needs as its own, and turn innovation, this "key variable", into the "maximum increment" for high-quality development.
